Requirements

  • Real estate license required
  • One year of real estate contract experience with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in basic technologies and aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties
  • Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability for the agent and client experience
