Role OverviewWe're looking for a seasoned Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our technical team and support our Fear Free Certified practice in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of technical experience, leadership experience in a veterinary setting, and strong emotional intelligence, organization, and people skills.
What You Will Do
This role blends leadership with hands-on technician work, including training, mentoring, and coaching the technical team, ensuring protocols and medical standards are followed, and overseeing surgery and treatment area operations.

Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience
