Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in our Escondido, CA location. The LVN provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and ensures implementation of physician orders, coordination of medical appointments, and continuity of care for individuals with complex medical needs.
What You Will Do
Implement program policy and procedure according to program regulations and guidelines. Provides overall medical support to individuals who receive services to include scheduling medical appointments and follow-up as needed.

Requirements
- LVN/LPN Active CA license in good standing
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year experience in long-term care, developmental services, or skilled nursing preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
