Role OverviewThe LVN Staff Nurse provides medical support services to the providers in order to ensure a smooth flow of patients through the medical clinic. The role involves assisting patients, providers, and maintaining a professional growth by attending staff meetings and required in-service trainings.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include assisting patients, calling and visiting the clinic, obtaining vital signs, collecting and processing laboratory specimens, and maintaining daily EHR worklist. Additionally, the role involves assisting providers with patient healthcare support, performing diagnostic tests, administering immunizations and medications, and providing patient education and teaching.

Requirements
