Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide healthcare services at a correctional facility in San Diego, CA. The LVN will work under the direction of the Institution's CEO/CNE or designee and will be responsible for providing basic hygiene and nursing care, administering medications, and documenting patient care.
What You Will Do
The LVN will perform duties such as organizing healthcare services, conducting basic hygiene and nursing care, collecting patient information, providing patient education, administering therapeutic measures, and documenting care in the patient health record.

The ideal candidate will have 1 full year of experience as a licensed professional and a valid California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric license. The LVN will work a 40-hour week, with a flexible schedule and will be compensated at a rate of $50/hour as a Traveler or $44/hour as a Local.
