Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a growing residential behavioral health and substance use treatment program. The LVN will provide direct nursing care, learn the program and team, and work closely with the Nurse Practitioner and medical team.
What You Will Do
The LVN will provide hands-on nursing care to clients, complete nursing assessments, administer medications, and communicate changes in client condition to the medical team. They will also support withdrawal monitoring and detox protocols, respond to medical concerns, and complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.

Requirements
- Current unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
