Role Overview

The Licensing Analyst will own the status, actions, and next steps across all active engagements, keeping the pipeline tracker accurate and current. They will work directly with senior licensing executives across every active engagement, driving accountability internally and externally, and ensuring the negotiating team walks into every meeting fully prepared.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities of the Licensing Analyst include engagement ownership & pipeline management, team coordination & communication, meeting & negotiation preparation, analytical & presentation support, and continuous improvement.
