Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, licensing, compliance, or operations support experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with licensing platforms (Certemy preferred)
  • Previous administrative, travel coordination, or licensing experience preferred
