Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Coordinator / Reservation Coordinator to support our National Accounts team and licensing operations.
Requirements
2+ years of administrative, licensing, compliance, or operations support experience required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with licensing platforms (Certemy preferred)
Previous administrative, travel coordination, or licensing experience preferred
