Role OverviewAs the Lieutenant, you will be responsible for supervising staff in the security and operation of the facility, serving as Shift Commander in the absence of the Warden, and overseeing daily operations to include safety, security, and supervision of subordinate staff and the inmate population.

- Bachelor's degree in an applicable subject (criminal justice, psychology, sociology, drug and alcohol treatment, etc.) helpful
- Valid driver's license
- PA Department of Corrections Basic Training Certificate
