Role OverviewSupport the delivery of GLWA’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP projects. Manage projects throughout the project’s lifecycle, from inception through close-out.
What You Will Do
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for project delivery, coordinate with the CIP Program Controls Team, and communicate with all levels of the organization. Participate in developing project plans, establishing project budgets and schedules, and monitoring project performance.

This role requires a strong project management background, with experience in managing projects from inception to close-out. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field, and a Professional Engineer License in the State of Michigan or Project Management Professional Certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or other related discipline of study from an accredited college or university
- Professional Engineer License in the State of Michigan OR Project Management Professional TM Certification from a recognized accredited body
- Minimum of four (4) years of project management or related experience in the field and/or job assignment
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License and the ability to drive a motor vehicle on all terrain
