Job Description
A Life Engagement Manager is needed to develop and implement a resident-centered Life Engagement program at New Perspective Senior Living. The manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of Life Engagement Coaches and manage Life Engagement programming in various neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, supervise, evaluate, and terminate Life Engagement Coaches
  • Develop and execute Life Engagement programming
  • Monitor and communicate changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional abilities
  • Communicate with and coach the nursing team and caregivers on individualized Resident Service Plans
  • Ensure 100% of all social histories are complete for all residents
  • Champion hospitality and deliver excellent customer service
  • Attend and participate in all required trainings and team meetings
