Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, and coordinates life enrichment activities for residents of a senior living community. They lead, train, and hold accountability for Life Enrichment support roles. The Director must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include supporting the community's 1440 culture and pillars, implementing and maintaining Life Enrichment Standards, and collaborating with other departments to create the best experience at the community.

Requirements
