Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that benefit and complement the social welfare and interests of senior living community residents. The Life Enrichment Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming for all residents within the community.
What You Will Do
Actively support the 1440 culture and pillars, assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities, and support transportation by attending outings.

Must be compassionate towards the senior population, able to work independently and in collaboration with a team, and proficient in general computer skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
