Job Description
Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant will engage residents in daily programming and entertainment, creating activities to meet individualized needs. Requires familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia and willingness to work with elderly population.
Requirements
Create and develop programs for residents
Brainstorm event ideas using Partnership Profiles
Set up and break down materials for programs
Assist in resident outings
Track resident attendance and participation
Communicate with DLE for activity supplies
Maintain communication with family members
