Role OverviewThis role is dedicated to creating purposeful, person-centered experiences that promote comfort, engagement, dignity, and joy for our Memory Care residents. The Life Enrichment Assistant will work alongside the Life Enrichment Director to develop and lead engaging daily programs specifically designed to meet the unique cognitive, emotional, physical, and social needs of residents living with memory loss.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading and assisting with person-centered activities, utilizing dementia-specific programming techniques, building meaningful one-on-one relationships with residents, and adapting activities to accommodate each resident's cognitive and physical abilities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred and highly valued
- Experience leading activities for older adults preferred
- CNA certification is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of person-centered dementia care practices preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
