Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for the Daily Life Enrichment program for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. They will assist the team and ensure residents are engaged each day.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the team, providing quality activity programming, and maintaining state level certifications or licenses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience in a senior living environment, be willing to work evenings and weekends, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- At least one year of job-related supervisory experience preferably in a senior living environment
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members
- Knowledge of local state and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
