Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities for residents of a senior life connections community. This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. The ideal candidate is compassionate towards the senior population and able to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
What You Will Do
Assist the Life Enrichment Director with activity planning and execution, support administrative tasks, and maintain resident safety. Set up, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces, and support transportation by attending outings and coordinating administrative tasks.
