Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community. This role requires a minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
What You Will Do
Actively support the 1440 culture and pillars, assist the Life Enrichment Director with activity planning and execution, and support administrative tasks as needed. Complete tasks while maintaining resident safety, and support transportation and community space upkeep.
