Role OverviewSupports the Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing recreational and educational programs for seniors in Independent Living and Assisted Living neighborhoods. Develops relationships with residents and families to encourage participation and promote satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Leads 6-7 programs per day, assists with program planning, coordinates with the program team, develops relationships with residents, and promotes programs through daily notices and posters.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or experience
- Subject to state requirements
- Entry level position with 1-3 years experience highly desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, consistent, imaginative, engaging, and have a passion for working with seniors
- Experience organizing, conducting, and planning programs and activities
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift to 50 lbs
