Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that benefit and complement the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. The assistant will work independently and in collaboration with the team.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include actively supporting the 1440 culture and pillars, assisting the Life Enrichment Director with planning and execution of activities, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. The assistant will also support transportation, maintain resident safety, and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements
