Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that benefit and complement the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community. This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. The ideal candidate is compassionate towards the senior population, able to work independently and in collaboration with a team, and proficient in general computer skills.
What You Will Do
The Life Enrichment Assistant will actively support the 1440 culture and pillars, assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning and execution of activities, and support transportation by attending outings and coordinating administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training
