Job Description
Role Overview

Assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities for residents of a senior life connections community. Works a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. Must be compassionate towards the senior population and able to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

What You Will Do

Supports the Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks, assists with activity planning and execution, and maintains resident safety. Supports transportation and upholds safety practices. Adheres to and upholds all standards in the Employee Handbook.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, compassionate towards the senior population, and able to work independently and in collaboration with a team. Proficient in general computer skills and able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • Chauffer's License Required Upon Hire
  • Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
