Role OverviewWe are a luxury senior living community searching for a full-time coordinator that has a passion for seniors! Weekend availability is a must. The Life Enrichment Coordinator- Activities will assist the DLE with planning, coordinating, and running all community activities, encouraging residents to participate, and supporting their independence.
What You Will Do
Assist with planning and coordinating community activities, maintain the Activity Participation Tracking Chart, and assist in the success of the community Parallel Programming schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, possess a background in art, music, drama, or occupational therapy, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Background in art, music, drama, or occupational therapy preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts
- One-year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting preferred
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Dementia preferred
