Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities for senior residents in a community. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming and work independently and in collaboration with the team.
What You Will Do
The Life Enrichment Lead will actively support the community's 1440 culture and pillars, assist the Life Enrichment Director, and complete tasks while maintaining resident safety. They will also support transportation, setup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of related experience, be compassionate towards seniors, and have proficient computer skills. They will also be able to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
