Role OverviewThis role provides case design support to financial professionals by applying advanced product knowledge to develop quotes and create illustrations. The ideal candidate will conduct additional fact-finding to thoroughly assess client needs and deliver comprehensive support to agents. They will equip advisors with detailed illustrations and training designed to help drive sales.
What You Will Do
Provide case design support through phone and Teams consultations, deliver creative, tailored solutions, evaluate insurability, develop original solutions, and document each interaction in the CRM system.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience providing sales desk support to agents in a BGA or home office environment
- Strong life insurance knowledge, preferably gained in a Case Design role or brokerage agency setting
- Life & Health License preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire
