Role OverviewWe are looking for a Life Skills Coach to work one-to-one with an adult with developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, routines, social skills, community connections, and independence. The ideal candidate will be consistent, encouraging, active, and able to build trust over time.
What You Will Do
You will participate in taking the individual to clubs, engage in activities, coach daily living, communication, social, and independence skills, and help establish positive routines and work toward individualized goals.
