Lifecycle Marketing Expert - CRM

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This is a contract position for a Marketing Expert — Lifecycle (AI Agent Environments) to design task briefs and evaluate AI agent attempts.

What You Will Do

Design task briefs based on actual lifecycle or CRM marketing work, including planted issues and strong practitioner decisions. Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions. Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses. Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards.

This role requires hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, comfort with an ESP, CRM like Salesforce, and product analytics like Amplitude, and clear written reasoning. Preferred qualifications include experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies, and Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
