Role OverviewThe Lifeguard position at Lakewood YMCA is a part-time role that requires maintaining certifications, ensuring participant safety, and adhering to safety standards. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications, ensuring the safety of participants during classes and open swim, adhering to Blood borne Pathogen standards, and documenting incidents.

The ideal candidate is able to read, write, and understand written directions, is at least 15 years old, and has a current YMCA or Red Cross life guarding certification and CPR PRO certification.
