Job Description
Lake Monticello Pool is seeking responsible and energetic Seasonal Lifeguards to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for residents and guests throughout the summer season.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 16 years old (or per certification requirements)
  • Current Lifeguard Certification required (American Red Cross or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
  • Strong swimming ability and alertness
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
  • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
