Job Description
The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing programs that are therapeutic to residents and maximize their quality of life. This role involves providing customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with residents, families, and staff to meet their needs and interests.

Requirements

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors
  • Ensure therapeutic recreation programming meets all state, federal and other regulations
  • Demonstrate requisite knowledge, skills and abilities consistent with the duties & responsibilities of this position
  • Possess a passion for working with the senior population and improving their quality of life
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Basic typing skills and computer knowledge
