What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include making personalized recommendations, planning trips, creating memorable experiences, and managing requests from start to finish. You will also be responsible for communicating with members, researching efficiently, and finding creative solutions to their requests.

Requirements
- 2 years' experience organising things for busy people, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, concierge or another fast-paced service environment
- Excellent written English and ability to communicate with personality, confidence, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple digital tools and web-based systems, including Microsoft Office
- Travel booking or GDS experience such as Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage, but not essential
