  • Worked in a Microsoft environment building or imaging PCs
  • Installation or upgrade hardware
  • Dealing with tickets, have experience in Laboratory working with scientist on their requirements, including PCs, troubleshooting, vendor support activities
  • Sound technical knowledge on various hardware and software issues
