Job Description
We are seeking a Jr. Sous for our restaurant in Irvine-Crossroads, CA. As a Jr. Sous, you will assist the Management team in providing excellent food quality and presentation to guests. You will be responsible for receiving food and packaging orders, opening, and closing the kitchen, expediting, and assembling take-out orders and maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all food-related work areas and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food industry
