Role OverviewThe Transmission Specialty Operator (TSO) is a critical member of the Transmission Remanufacturing operations, responsible for covering absences and ensuring production capacity. The TSO will be self-motivated, hold themselves and others accountable for ETE's core values, and have a strong desire to work at a high-quality, fast, and flexible pace.
What You Will Do
The TSO will cover absences across multiple operator positions, cover Dyno operations during scheduled breaks, assist with training, and perform various tasks such as quality audits, tool audits, and inventory-related duties.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of service at ETE
- Trained in at least 3 different operator roles across at least 3 different families
- No more than 6 attendance points in the last 6 months
- No plant rule violations in the last 6 months, and no more than 4 total accumulated points for plant rule violations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use ERP System (Syteline)
- Ability to read and enforce Quality Alerts
- Ability to use task management software, such as Trello or Jira
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products, including Outlook/Calendar
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
