Job Description
We are looking for a talented and hardworking person to join the E.A. Sween family as a Back-up Line Controller. The role involves leading the line, ensuring production line efficiencies, and maintaining a high-quality product while following standard work at all times.

Requirements

  • Safety and Health: Wear necessary safety gear, complete mandatory safety training sessions
  • Quality/Food Safety: Execute food safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities
  • Cost (Continuous Improvement): Contribute to Lean activities, work together with production employees
  • Standard Work: Scan materials, operate line equipment, assist in preparing production line for startup
  • Leadership: Support the Spirit, Purpose, and Vision of E. A. Sween Company, communicate effectively with Leads and/or Supervisor
