Job Description
Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will prepare food using company recipes and maintain quality and consistency of all food menu items.

Requirements

  • Accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement.
  • Wants to learn and helps team members do the same.
  • Loves cooking and being part of a like-minded team.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
  • Must have a current Utah Food Handler Card.
  • Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable).
