Job Description
Ascension Coffee seeks a Line Cook to execute fast-casual menu items in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high volume or fast casual restaurant
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts or longer
  • Valid Food Handler's certificate or willingness to take the test
