Requirements

• In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines
• 2+ years of previous line experience as a Cook
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to take direction for Supervisor and/or Manager
