Line Cook 3

We are seeking a Line Cook 3 to join our culinary team at Grand Hyatt Vail. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

What You Will Do

The Line Cook 3 will be responsible for performing all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. They will also be able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
