Role OverviewAn intermediate line cook is required to work in the kitchen of Alila Marea Beach Resort, a hotel located in North County, San Diego. The cook will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. They will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the line cook will include performing all basic cooking skills, working single stations in the kitchen, and satisfying the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
