Job Description
Join the Grand Hyatt DFW culinary team as a Line Cook. Responsibilities include setup and breakdown of the restaurant line, food preparation, and maintaining a clean work environment. Minimum 1+ years of culinary experience and a culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Setup and breakdown of restaurant line
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations
  • Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
