Job Description
Join us as a Line Cook at Grand Hyatt DFW, a top-ranked hotel with a culinary team that offers a sophisticated ambiance and innovative global cuisine. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the restaurant line, maintaining a clean work environment, and preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Requirements
Set up and breakdown of restaurant line
Stock and maintain designated food stations
Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain good communication skills
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to adapt under pressure
Minimum 1+ years Culinary experience preferred
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate cooking skills
