Job Description
This position requires a Line Cook to join the Buffalo Marriott LECOM hotel. Responsibilities include menu creation, budget management, food prep, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. It's a full-time, flexible position.
Requirements
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in food production.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
