Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food on the grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations, ensuring that every dish meets the high standards of Torchy's. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Must be able to stand for several hours.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
