Job Description
Line Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing food to order, ensuring high quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. They will work closely with other BOH Team Members to ensure smooth kitchen operation.

Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for several hours.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to serve our guests' needs with a high sense of urgency.
