Job Description
Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ingredients on the grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to Torchy's recipes and standards.

Requirements

  • Food Handler's certification
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for several hours
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests' needs with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun
