As a reliable and energetic team member, you'll help prepare fresh, flavorful dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll work multiple stations, maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, and support daily prep and food safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
  • Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
  • Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
  • Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
  • Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
