Job Description
The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach seeking a Line Cook to prepare high quality dishes and deliver a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

  • Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients
  • Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus
  • Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Be aware of department targets and goals and strive to achieve them as part of the culinary team
