Line Cook at Barcade, a classic arcade bar and restaurant with multiple locations across the US. Looking for a skilled and reliable line cook to join their team in the Financial District of New York City. Must have experience in a full-service kitchen, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and meet health code standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
  • Solid understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and quality standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay cool under pressure, especially during busy nights
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Protection Certificate or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
