Job Description
The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative and skilled Line Cook to join its fun-spirited team! As a Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our Food and Beverage Culinary team, delivering exceptional Guest Services by preparing food with meticulous attention to detail at the hotel.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cooking experience in a hotel is preferred.
  • Completion of a Culinary or Apprenticeship Program is preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certification preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary to understand recipes, measurements, requisition amounts, and portion sizes.
